• Page 54- Number 9 Term- Changed to reflect the new term:
  • 9. TERM

The length of this contract is one year and will run from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027. At the Board of Education’s discretion, two (2) one-year extensions of the contract may be issued to extend the contract.

• Bid specification sheet:
  • The amount on the bid sheet should be total work performed and not hourly. The word hourly should have been omitted from the sheet.
  • The term has been updated to reflect the new one year term.
    • Should now read: Middle School /Elementary School Combined Total Cost $   for the period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027. (Preventative Maintenance twice annually as reviewed under the bid Specs at both locations.

Please make sure acknowledgement of addenda is submitted/acknowledged and bid sheet submitted reflects this cost.
