Support Staff Positions- 

IT Support Technician to support its academic and administrative technology needs.

Qualifications:

Candidate should have a degree/certification in Computer Science/Technology and/or relevant field experience.
Minimum of three years of previous IT experience.  Previous experience in an educational setting preferred.
Experience deploying and maintaining Windows, Mac, iPad and Chromebook devices and software/apps.
Experience with end user support including, but not limited to, troubleshooting wired/wireless connectivity, virus and malware assessment and removal, device imaging and mass deployments, projector and interactive board troubleshooting and maintenance, user account troubleshooting and password resets, software support for a variety of titles, google apps support knowledge, file restores, etc. 
Working knowledge of network firewalls, web content filters, Cisco route/switch configs, Cisco Call Manager, Active Directory and GPO’s and VMWare are a plus.
Experience with basic website editing. Posting images, text updates, basic HTML, maintaining good file-naming conventions and keeping content current.
Ability to lift equipment, use a drill and climb ladders as needed as well as crimp network cables or punch down wires, pull data cabling, mount interactive boards and projectors in addition to other equipment in offices and classrooms.
Knowledge of current and emerging technology trends and educational initiatives.
Proven adeptness and passion to find/provide solutions efficiently and effectively or to elevate tickets to a senior IT Team member.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism and composure.
● A passion for customer service and technology, delivering exceptional support to end-users of all types (students, teachers, staff and administration).
